Scalene Weimaraners

Scalene Weimaraners were established in 1977 with the foundation bitch Bourtonvale Duchess Camilla (Portia), who produced Show Champion Scalene Sportsman (Spencer).

Spencer was an attractive dog of good proportions meeting the Breed Standard. He was a good pale colour and noted for his excellent movement and gentle loving nature.

Sadly the last of our line of stud dogs (Arkwright), a fifth generation of Show Champion Scalene Sportsman developed a liver carcinoma and died very suddenly in December 2010.

Our remaining bundle of mischief is Cavalmist Cracker for Scalene, (Cracker), one of the happiest Weimaraners we have ever known.

Cracker alone continues to carry the Scalene affix until such time as new blood is brought into the kennel.  In the mean time we continue to retain an active interest in the breed.
